It seems that she knows a great deal about eating right, since, before stepping into her modelling career she used to study nutrition. To stay healthy as well as in top form she focuses on her diet and her lifestyle. Recently, Miranda was spotted suggesting some tips on healthy eating and the secret behind how she stays gorgeous to Modelina. First, she unveiled about the benefits of drinking water. She said that it is really essential to drink a lot of water and that she drinks from 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day. She further added that she thinks it is important to drink raw juices, since raw juicing is really great to get all the vitamins and minerals.


Recently the Scary Spice girl Mel B in one of her interviews spoke about her diet and weight loss. She said that she was not at all on diet nor did she ever count calories. She eats normal typical diet that includes fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and whole grains. But to my surprise she said that she loses maximum of her weight by drinking cold water. So let’s see whether actually does this cold water diet works or not.
