Exercise is a very important part of our lives for keeping our body healthy and fit. And you’ll think that everybody knows that I haven’t written anything special. But everybody doesn’t know all the exercises that make your body fit. So I try and find out exercises for each and every body part every week so that you can remain fit and fine. This week I have got triceps kickback exercise which will help you strengthen the muscles of the upper arm back. Triceps Dips with Straight Legs

This week’s exercise helps you strengthen your triceps. The exercise is Triceps Dips with straight legs and is done as the steps shown below.

  • Start the initial position by placing a chair. Grasp the chair with both your hands. Walk until your hips are slightly tilted, legs and should be erect. For reference just see the figure.
  • Make sure that the feet are hip width apart.
