Incline Dumbbell Chest Press

Every week I find out different types of exercise for different body parts. So, here I am with Incline Dumbbell Chest Press exercise that helps tonning the upper part of the body especially chest. So just check out the steps of the exercise. clip_image002Take a stability ball and two dumbbells. Position yourself on the stability ball such that your spine is resting on the stability ball holding the two dumbbells in both the hands.
