  • Lie down on a mattress. Take an elastic band or a leash and grip it in your right leg as shown. Make an angle of 90 degrees creating tension in the band. Now try to bend the right leg towards you stretching the back of the leg. Seize the position as long as you can. Now practice the exercise with the left leg.
