Exercise is a very important part of our lives for keeping our body healthy and fit. And you’ll think that everybody knows that I haven’t written anything special. But everybody doesn’t know all the exercises that make your body fit. So I try and find out exercises for each and every body part every week so that you can remain fit and fine. This week I have got triceps kickback exercise which will help you strengthen the muscles of the upper arm back. So let us check out the steps to perform the triceps kickback correctly.

· Take a medicine ball and place in front of you. · Take a dumbbell and hold it in your left hand. · Place your right hand on the medicine ball placed in front of you. Make sure that the hand is straight. · Step your left leg backward. Your right leg should be bent while the left leg should be straight.

· Now raise your left hand from the upper part such that the hand is parallel to the ground. · Now create tension in your triceps muscles while straightening your left hand.

· Now return to the start position. · Repeat the above steps for a few minutes. Source:
