Exercise of the week: Triceps Kickback

Exercise is a very important part of our lives for keeping our body healthy and fit. And you’ll think that everybody knows that I haven’t written anything special. But everybody doesn’t know all the exercises that make your body fit. So I try and find out exercises for each and every body part every week so that you can remain fit and fine. This week I have got triceps kickback exercise which will help you strengthen the muscles of the upper arm back. So let us check out the steps to perform the triceps kickback correctly. clip_image001 · Take a medicine ball and place in front of you. · Take a dumbbell and hold it in your left hand. · Place your right hand on the medicine ball placed in front of you. Make sure that the hand is straight. · Step your left leg backward. Your right leg should be bent while the left leg should be straight. clip_image002 · Now raise your left hand from the upper part such that the hand is parallel to the ground. · Now create tension in your triceps muscles while straightening your left hand. clip_image001[1] · Now return to the start position. · Repeat the above steps for a few minutes.
