The American actress Christina Lindley has the perfect curvacious body that can charm and alluer anybody. She’s a certified trainer and a fitness model and here she shares some of her diet secrets for remaining fit and healthy.

Her one day diet comprises of three solid meals and two-three protien shakes.
Her first meal comprises of three egg white omelet including spinach, mushrooms and onions with oatmeal or she has an option of protien cereal with raspberries and soy milk.
Her second meal is a protien shake.
Her third meal comprises of lean turkey patty with spinach salad.
Her fourth meal comprises of chicken with some fresh green vegetables.
For snacks she munches almonds, berries and drinks protien shake.
Whenever she is not shooting she cheats on her meal once a week but if she training for a particular photo shoot that she follows her strict diet regime for losing weight.
