When most people hear the phrase: “you can eat a lot and still lose weight,” they start thinking that it is either too good to be true or you simply pull their leg. But the following idea is not a myth. You are welcome to find out a couple of ways how to make it happen.
Looks like the craziest idea ever, but I mean it. The only one thing I am talking not about junky heavy food, I am about healthy, low-fat foods. Pay your special attention to vegetables and fruits and forget about burgers.

I know it sounds so trite but anyway exercising is a key to success. But these exercising has to be regular and you should increase the number of them slowly.
Always think before eating something, you’d better count calories in advance and try to choose only food with a small amount of calories. Frankly speaking, there are only two things you eat and drink that contain no calories: water and fiber.

Never forget about good eating habits, thus always use special utensils and sit at the table. The following article is not about making a real lady out of you, I just want to say that utensils will stop you from eating precariously.
It is much better to eat more small chunks of meals, than 3 big meals.
