Actually, it is almost impossible to figure out either the healthiest or the best fruit ever. Why? Because we are different, and what is good for Molly is not definitely good for Sally. Did you catch me? )))

These days we all are so much engrossed in our work, that we do not have time even to think about ourselves. Day and night job related problems plague us. This leads to poor sleep. I too have become workaholic and can not sleep before 2 or 3 a.m. which is not good for health. This not only disturbs the sleeping pattern but increases the risk of diseases. Two of those diseases are frequent Acidity problems and headache.
Mostly people in night shifts jobs, or those who have conflicts with co workers or boss, or even those who nourish job insecurity do not sleep well. The result is physical fatigue all day round, distress, and psychological strain. All this ends up with the loss of interest in life.
Other reasons for poor sleep are work-family trouble. If you are doing job, you come home tired, you are expected to cook food for the family and baby seat your kids. You say no and there conflict begins. Moreover, if you have babies less than 3 years, you won’t be able to sleep properly.

The conclusion is we should talk over with the organizations where we are working to improve the working conditions. Whenever, query crops up, instead of making it lag for some time, just talk over it and finish it. Do not bring your work problems home. Try to find happiness. A couple of days ago, I finally figured out the most pleasant moment after going in for sports. Actually, please, please, promise not to laugh at me. At least, not to laugh your ass off ))) I adore sitting somewhere under the tree and drinking fresh water from a bottle. Because only in such moments I feel that I did my bit and can have some rest right till the next training. Agreed???

What a strange world we live in… We are constantly earning money and forget about health, then we are visiting fashionable restaurants with delicious food and drink only a glass of water there, what is more we are constantly counting calories and flicking through pages of stylish magazines in order to find the most efficient diets, that will bring no joy and lead us to various stomach disorders.
