How to Sleep Well?

Lullaby_225Tossing and turning without sleep makes one frustrated. Yeah this happens most of the time with many people. You want to sleep but your mind does not let you do so. Follow Sleep Hygiene and sleep well to be healthy. It includes:



Sleeping when you feel sleepy! If you aren’t able to sleep till 20 mins of your lying on bed, indulge in something boring. You will ultimately fall asleep.


  • Do not sleep during the day. If you feel like sleeping, just sleep for an hour before 3 pm.
    Do not break your sleeping schedule on weekends. If the sleep cycle has a regularity, you will feel good.
    If you do exercise, then the perfect timings are morning till afternoon. However, regular exercise is essential. You can do relaxation exercise before slweep.
    Say bye to products like caffeine, alcohol and nicotine for 4-6 hours before bed.
    Just munch something if your stomach is empty before sleep. You can take warm milk before going to bed.
    Eat before three hours of going to bed.

    One should change the sleeping positions.

Actually, it is almost impossible to figure out either the healthiest or the best fruit ever. Why? Because we are different, and what is good for Molly is not definitely good for Sally. Did you catch me? )))

Job-Family-Sleep (Rest)

home working-2These days we all are so much engrossed in our work, that we do not have time even to think about ourselves. Day and night job related problems plague us. This leads to poor sleep. I too have become workaholic and can not sleep before 2 or 3 a.m. which is not good for health. This not only disturbs the sleeping pattern but increases the risk of diseases. Two of those diseases are frequent Acidity problems and headache.


Mostly people in night shifts jobs, or those who have conflicts with co workers or boss, or even those who nourish job insecurity do not sleep well. The result is physical fatigue all day round, distress, and psychological strain. All this ends up with the loss of interest in life.


Other reasons for poor sleep are work-family trouble. If you are doing job, you come home tired, you are expected to cook food for the family and baby seat your kids. You say no and there conflict begins. Moreover, if you have babies less than 3 years, you won’t be able to sleep properly.

The conclusion is we should talk over with the organizations where we are working to improve the working conditions. Whenever, query crops up, instead of making it lag for some time, just talk over it and finish it. Do not bring your work problems home. Try to find happiness. Share the burden of household chores with other family members. Sleep properly. I will tell you how to sleep well in my next write up. Till then stay tuned.

Safe and Green Water Bottles

A couple of days ago, I finally figured out the most pleasant moment after going in for sports. Actually, please, please, promise not to laugh at me. At least, not to laugh your ass off ))) I adore sitting somewhere under the tree and drinking fresh water from a bottle. Because only in such moments I feel that I did my bit and can have some rest right till the next training. Agreed???

Belated Happy International No Diet Day

What a strange world we live in… We are constantly earning money and forget about health, then we are visiting fashionable restaurants with delicious food and drink only a glass of water there, what is more we are constantly counting calories and flicking through pages of stylish magazines in order to find the most efficient diets, that will bring no joy and lead us to various stomach disorders.
